An Extremely Limited Release
Released exclusively for Dark Mofo Winter Feast, this is a bottling of just 64 individually numbered 500ml bottles. It is a one-off. When the last bottle is sold, there will be no second run.
In March 2021, our friends at Transwood Cooperage built two 125-litre casks specifically for us, using 20-year-old Portuguese port casks that had previously held award-winning cognac. The whisky drawn from them is bottled at 53.2% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Nose Sweet caramel, stewed fruits, burnt butter and soft floral notes | Palate Caramel, mandarin, milk chocolate and a subtle black pepper | Finish Well balanced and sweet, with a hint of tropical fruit and cream |
Where to Find It
Available from Thursday 11 June, the opening night of Winter Feast. Bottles can be purchased online and from the cellar door, open Monday to Friday.
Pours are available throughout the festival at Stall 15. Each bottle is individually numbered, 1 of 64.
