Port Cask Single Malt

This release is shaped by time in Australian port casks, which lend the spirit a natural richness and warmth. It’s an approachable style, full of soft red fruit and gentle sweetness, yet it still carries the clarity and precision you’d expect from our house character.

On the nose, notes of ripe berries, cherry and warm caramel rise from the glass, followed by hints of toasted oak. The palate is silky and full, moving through stewed plum, brown sugar and soft spice. A long, warming finish ties it together with lingering port richness and a touch of cocoa.

Generous and welcoming — expressive without being heavy, and a comfortable introduction to the Battery Point style.
